En diciembre visite YSP y vi una exposicion increible por Jaume Plensa. En Yorkshire. YSP, continua dar la gente de Yorkshire cosas fuera de lo comun por la comunidad.
(Y el cafe tiene lo mejor cafe que tomaba en dos semanas alli…)

Our friend has a two week holiday over Christmas and New Year. He won't be going anywhere. He doesn't need to. He has all he needs, not 5 minutes from Huddersfield town centre. A piece of solitude. Calm in a town of over 150,000 people.
He works in a plastics factory, close by, but here in his chosen place he is a world away. It is "better than being stuck in the pub all day".
Our friend and his maggots, bought for just over a pound. He waits for no one or nothing, just enjoys the fresh air, the occasional nibble and the odd chat with "a university student?".

Airstrip One
Apparently taking photographs here is illegal. Or at least, I was told not to take photographs here. It was a friendly enough request by a gent in a power giving fluorescent vest. Though his colleague who I saw first, gave me the side eyes before radioing to the forbidder rather than saying anything to me himself. There must be a strict hierarchy of verboten-ing in Minipax and Minitrue. All a bit Jason Bourne really.
Anyway, I digress. So, why, is the question? The Piazza in Huddersfield is hardly consider a top secret location. And even if it was… A thought floated was there may be a lot of kids running around. Well bloody hell if everyone is a kiddy fiddler if they have a camera.
So, why? What are we coming to? Not allowed to take images of a library in a town in Yorkshire.
